HyperLight Portable X-Ray – Warranty Claim Policy

Warranty Coverage

Yeah Dental warrants that the HyperLight Portable X-Ray is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion: – Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, – Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or – Provide a full or partial refund based on the time of ownership.

What the Warranty Covers 

This warranty covers: – Internal hardware malfunctions – Manufacturing defects – Battery or power failure due to production flaws – Software issues resulting from original installation (if applicable).

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to: – Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification – Damage from improper maintenance or storage conditions – Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage) – Damage due to power surges, improper voltage, or environmental exposure – Consumables or accessories not manufactured by Yeah Dental. 

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps: 1. Email our support team at [email protected] with the following information: – Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) – Serial number of the unit – Description of the issue – Photos or videos documenting the defect (if possible) 2. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions. 3. Ship the unit to the address provided by our support team. Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. Note: Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning items for warranty service. Yeah Dental will cover return shipping of repaired or replaced units.

Limitation of Liability

Yeah Dental shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the HyperLight Portable X-Ray or arising from a breach of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.
