Nanopix Imaging Sensor Warranty Policy

Your Warranty Coverage

Yeah Dental stands behind the quality of our Nanopix imaging sensors. We warrant that your sensor is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from your original purchase date.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period and you submit a valid claim, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace your sensor with a new or professionally refurbished unit
  • Provide a full or partial refund based on the age and usage of your sensor

What Is Covered

This warranty protects you against:

  • Internal hardware failures not caused by user error
  • Manufacturing defects that affect sensor performance
  • Connectivity issues resulting from production faults
  • Software malfunctions related to the original installation

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Physical damage from accidents, drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Unauthorized modifications including repairs by non-authorized technicians or tampering with internal components
  • Improper care such as incorrect cleaning methods, inadequate storage, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
  • Normal wear and tear including surface scratches, minor discoloration, or cosmetic changes that don’t affect functionality
  • Electrical damage from power surges, incorrect USB connections, or incompatible power sources
  • Environmental damage from exposure to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances

Filing a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team Email us at [email protected] and include:

  • Your proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)
  • The serial number of your Nanopix sensor
  • A detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing
  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue (when possible)

Step 2: Complete the Return Process Submit a support ticket or fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form at: https://yeahdental.com/returns/

Step 3: Ship Your Sensor Once approved, ship your sensor to the address our team provides. Please package it securely using appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

Important Shipping Information:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to Yeah Dental
  • We cover return shipping costs for repaired or replacement units
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance

Processing Timeline

  • Initial response to warranty claims: within 3 business days
  • RMA approval and shipping instructions: within 5-7 business days
  • Evaluation and resolution: within 10-14 business days after we receive your sensor

Limitation of Liability

Yeah Dental’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined above. We are not responsible for indirect damages including but not limited to:

  • Lost business revenue or productivity
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Patient scheduling disruptions
  • Costs of temporary equipment rental

Note: Some states or jurisdictions do not permit limitations on certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Your Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
